At 4KStreamGO, customer satisfaction is important to us. We work continuously to provide stable and high-quality digital streaming services. However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur, and we aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Your Order ID or Transaction ID
  • The email used during purchase
  • A detailed explanation of the issue experienced

In some cases, we may request additional information, screenshots, or technical evidence in order to properly investigate and resolve the issue.

Our support team may also provide technical explanations or evidence related to the issue to ensure full transparency during the review process.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are only eligible within 72 hours of the original purchase date.

After 72 hours, refunds may no longer be available.

Refunds may be approved in cases where:

  • The service cannot be activated
  • A major technical issue prevents normal use
  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe

Before a refund is approved, users must allow our support team the opportunity to troubleshoot and attempt to resolve the issue.

If we are unable to resolve a verified service-related issue within 48 hours after investigation, a refund or compensation may be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following situations:

Device or Setup Issues

We provide support and setup guidance for compatible devices and applications. However, we cannot guarantee configuration success for every individual device, network, or custom setup.

Users are responsible for ensuring their equipment and internet connection meet the service requirements.

Temporary Channel Interruptions

Occasionally, some channels or content may temporarily buffer, freeze, or become unavailable due to:

  • Internet fluctuations
  • ISP-related issues
  • Application or device problems
  • Temporary server maintenance
  • Source interruptions beyond our control

Most interruptions are temporary and resolved as quickly as possible by our technical team.

Change of Mind

Refunds may not be issued if:

  • The customer no longer wants the service
  • The wrong package was selected by the user
  • The customer wishes to switch plans after activation
  • The subscription has already been substantially used

4. Compensation for Extended Service Issues

If a verified server-related issue caused directly by 4KStreamGO prevents service access for more than 48 consecutive hours, we may, at our discretion:

  • Extend the subscription duration
  • Add bonus time free of charge
  • Offer partial or full compensation depending on the situation

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or cryptocurrency network used.

For card or bank-related payments, refunds may take several business days or longer depending on the financial institution involved.

4KStreamGO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

6. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases involving:

  • Abuse of the refund system
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Repeated refund requests
  • Violations of our Terms and Conditions

All refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of 4KStreamGO after review.
